While Jon’s birth mother chose not to meet him at that time, citing a period of illness, his two half-sisters were eager to meet him. In an emotional reunion, Jon met his siblings for the first time. The sisters had a message from their mother for Jon, explaining that while she wasn’t ready to meet him, the decision was not permanent.
