Pastor Claims He Saw Jesus, Believes the World Will End Tomorrow

Joshua Mhlakela, a pastor from South Africa, has made a startling prediction, claiming that the world will end tomorrow, September 23, 2025. In a video shared earlier this year on the CENTTWINZ TV YouTube channel, Mhlakela explained that he had a vision where he saw Jesus sitting on His throne, hearing a divine message that “I am coming soon.”

This bold claim is linked to the biblical concept of the rapture, where Christians believe they will be “rescued” from Earth. Mhlakela asserts that God’s judgment will cause the Earth to “shake” and become “unrecognizable,” signaling the end of the world. This prediction coincides with Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, which marks a significant religious holiday.

While some people have taken Mhlakela’s prediction seriously, others remain skeptical. Critics argue that without concrete evidence of his supposed encounter with Jesus, the claim could be fabricated for attention or personal gain. Comedian Kevin Fredericks humorously pointed out the inconsistency in predicting the rapture, questioning the specific time zone and how anyone could know the exact moment of such an event, as many religious teachings emphasize that “no man knows the date or the hour.”

Despite the debate, some individuals are reportedly preparing for the rapture by quitting their jobs and adjusting their lives in anticipation of the end. As with previous predictions, it remains uncertain whether this prophecy will come to pass.

Whether or not Mhlakela’s claims are valid, his message has sparked widespread conversation about the timing of the rapture and the potential for the world to end.
